Master Scheduler / Planner

Job Summary

This Master Scheduler / Planner will coordinate with Team Corporation's heads of Engineering, Manufacturing, Test & Check, and Purchasing to ensure customer orders meet shipping commitments.

Identify current planned level of demand and create production plans to meet shipping goals.

Responsible for daily tracking of engineering and manufacturing progress to agreed upon schedule for each job.

Identifies deficiencies which may impact manufacturing schedules and communicates the risks to management team.

Addresses schedule deficiencies and creates solutions to mitigate issues and adhere to schedules so there are no misses or delays.

Plans fill-in projects to ensure Production is operating at capacity.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and timelines.

Ability to effectively communicate with multiple levels of staff.

Test and Check Technician

Job Summary

Services and repairs hydraulic vibration test equipment in-house and at customer facilities.

Assemble mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic components as a system using machining and assembly prints.

Conduct system testing, installation, service and repair work to ensure products meet performance and quality expectations.

Interface with external customers, internal management, and other technicians.

Travel to customer facilities is required.
