High‑Channel Vibration Control & Signal Processing
SignalCalc 900 software and Abacus hardware support thousands of measurement channels with ultra-low phase error (~0.025°) for precision and repeatability.

Multi‑Shaker & Multi‑Axis Control
Enables complex MIMO control for dual‑shaker, multi-axis, over‑determined testing setups.

- Acoustic Noise Generators and Controllers for Reverberant Acoustic Test Facilities (RATF) and Progressive Wave Tubes (PWT)
- MIMO Acoustic control for Direct Field Acoustic Testing. MIMO control for uniform acoustic coverage, and high‑intensity noise generation for spacecraft acoustic testing.
Advancing the most ambitious aerospace testing programs with custom engineered vibration test systems.

Test Systems for James Webb Space Telescope (JWST)
VIDEO: Watch the JWST undergo vibration testing
Major aspects of the vibration test system are a guided head expander, and a guided T-Film slip table supplied by Team Corporation, both capable of resisting large overturning moments, along with three Data Physics LE-5022-3 50,000 lbf electrodynamic shaker systems and advanced SignalCalc vibration controllers with proprietary Soft Shutdown safety system supplied by Data Physics Corporation.

One-of-a-Kind Test Systems for NASA’s Space Environments Complex
Located in Sandusky, Ohio at the Neil A. Armstrong Test Facility, the Space Environments Complex (SEC) houses the largest and most powerful space environment simulation facilities in the world. This includes the largest space simulation vacuum chamber, most powerful spacecraft Reverberant Acoustic Test Facility (RATF), and the world’s highest capacity and most powerful spacecraft shaker system – the Mechanical Vibration Facility (MVF).
Designed and implemented the vibration test system at NASA Armstrong that enabled multi-shaker 6‑DoF testing of NASA’s Orion-Artemis and the Sierra Space Dream Chaser space plane:
• Minimization of off-axis motion for tall CG spacecraft via Data Physics advanced MIMO control.
• Coordination of four horizontal and sixteen vertical shakers.
